With many thanks and love
- Fuer Mama, Angelika und Ferdinand: Ich habe euch nicht vergessen! Ich
vermisse euch!!
- To my family (Ken, Sarah, Christian and Tabitha), who put up with me for
so long without hormone replacement. Blessings come in many shapes, forms
and faces! I have much to be thankful for!!
- To Susan, my dear friend; my lack of words only speaks of my difficulty
to
put into words what I feel in my heart. You know my thoughts...thanks!!!
- To Brenda Appleton, Laura Feagle, and Judy Williams, the best friends
anyone could ask for. Each of you enriched my life soooo much!
- To Marcy Schaller (ex-computer guru) and Joan Taylor (proofreader), my
bookbuddies extraordinaire. I hope for more great finds together. Let's go
to Gainesville!
- To Tina Farewell: you have always given me encouraging words and praise
unlooked for. I think this website is partially your "fault," since
you
always made me look like I knew so much more about books than I actually
felt like I did. Thanks for helping this here fraud along! (Even though now
we become competition!!)
- To Bruce Kirby, Dustin Kirby and Eric Fullfgraf at Cambridge Study Center:
although I would not touch some of your book choices for classes with a
ten-foot-pole (but which are nessessary for us to read in order to
understand our cultural background), I do appreciate the growth I see in
Sarah and Christian. You are continuing their journey in reading. Some
(questionable) books are necessary to stretch our minds so we are able to
compare, that in the end we are more apt to see the value of a truly great
book. I appreciate you!
